Simon Garmston is the owner of PCI Acrylonitrile Ltd. Simon is a founder member of The PCI Consulting Group that was created in June 1988.

Simon Garmston was born in the west of England in 1961. In 1984 he graduated from the Business School of the City of London Polytechnic with a BA honours degree in Economics. He joined a London based consultancy company in September 1984 and spent almost 4 years undertaking a variety of research projects in various petrochemical products. Simon started to specialise in the markets for acrylonitrile and derivatives during 1987. In June 1988, Simon was one of the founder members of the PCI Consulting Group.

He has continued to consult in the specialist area of acrylonitrile and derivatives and can claim to be the longest serving consultant in this field, with over 20 years of experience. He is very well known throughout the business and regularly travels the world consulting to companies involved in the industry.
